The Work
Driving D2C technical strategy and execution across all customer touchpoints, with responsibility for building and maintaining the full Shopify Plus ecosystem. Overseeing international operations in Mexico, including physical retail support and a localized ecommerce experience.
Strong command of international commerce fundamentals: profitability, cross-border logistics, and global promotional strategy.
Leading the integration of operational systems, mobile app experiences, analytics, fraud prevention, and internal applications to create a cohesive, data-driven foundation for growth.
Work spans the full stack: theme and app development, third-party integrations, custom admin interfaces, agentic workflow prototypes, and continuous optimization across the platform.
Agentic Tooling
I'm building a custom agent harness for RIPNDIP to explore practical, controlled automation around commerce operations. The focus is on tools that can reason over business context, call internal APIs, and support repeatable workflows without becoming a black box.
The harness is designed for in-house use: connecting Shopify data, operational context, product and order workflows, and custom app surfaces so staff can move from manual coordination to guided, auditable execution.
This includes internal tools for merchandising, reporting, operations support, and workflow acceleration, with interfaces shaped around how the team actually works rather than generic dashboards.
